2 big families came here after eating at Noodle and Wave. When we first entered, both of the ladies "welcomed" us with a rude attitude since we were a big group. We didn't pay attention to the closing time since we just decided to go get boba right after our meal next door. Clearly, they were bothered that we came 10 minutes before closing. They weren't helpful while we were trying to place our order and it was our first time there. So fast forward until we got our drinks. Like a minute passed and the rude cashier yelled out "CAN Y'ALL LEAVE?? WE ARE CLOSED!" We looked at our watches and saw that it was 10:01pm!! There is a right way to say things, like we came there happy and placed a big order. Instead of being angry people came, being welcoming would have been nice while explaining that we are closing in 10 minutes. ZERO customer service. Will never be back.

The last two times I’ve visited, my large drink was left quite empty. The first time, the drink had way too much ice though I had asked for “regular ice” and the cup wasn’t topped off (even with that amount of ice). I noticed once I was in my car so I just left. I decided to give it a second chance and this time I stuck around. When I saw the barista adding too much ice, I asked to please take out some. The drink was again not full and so I asked her if it could be topped off with milk or even water. She said she couldn’t. I explained that I’ve ordered this drink multiple times and it was always full, but nothing. The drink also tasted off, so I truly believe it needed more milk. I’m sure sheMs just doing what she’s been told, but I’m really disappointed because it’s my favorite boba spot. Why would I pay extra for a large size if it’s not a large drink? I rather sizing up not being an option and have a full medium cup.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and usually have had good experiences, which is why this was really disappointing. I ordered two drinks to go today, and when I got home, I noticed a small bug in one of them. I couldn’t drink it and had to throw it away and since I ordered two, it made me uncomfortable about the other drink as well. I understand mistakes can happen, but this is a serious hygiene issue.

My husband stopped in Garland around 9 PM to pick up my order: a golden milk tea with less ice and boba. They told him they were out of boba. Unfortunately, they had run out of boba, which I completely understand and don’t mind too much. What is not acceptable is paying $5.42 for a drink that came with a noticeable gap at the top—about one finger joint. That feels like poor value and careless service. I understand that ordering no ice might result in a less full cup. I’m wondering if ordering less ice and no toppings should also mean receiving a drink with that much empty space. Customers should not feel shortchanged because an ingredient is unavailable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for something meant to be a simple evening treat.

Love their wintermelon tea - it comes with assorted jellies and chia seeds! Not too sweet and a great balance for refreshment. Friendly staff as always and I love how the space is decorated. Modern and cute - perfect for a small outing late in the night.
